As a Solid Solutions employee you have access to a health cash plan that can help contribute towards your everyday health care. This health plan helps you cover costs for optical treatments, lenses and glasses, dental care, various different therapies such as; physiotherapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, reflexology and many more, it can also cover you for consultations. Appointments with a GP via phone and webcam are all part of the health cash plan, along with gym discounts and shopping discounts.

Here at Solid Solutions it’s part of our culture to host social events throughout the year, some of which include our annual ski kick-off trips in March. Every year a group of us head to Austria for a long weekend of skiing and various team building activities. Throughout the year there are also opportunities for employees to take part in athletic events such as triathlons and various other sports. We find it a great way to help boost team morale whilst also keeping fit and healthy at the same time. We also host an annual Summer Social where there are a range of different fun activities to take part in, such as our football tournaments, The Solid Solutions All Star Team Games which includes a relay full of different tasks that your team must complete, there is also table tennis, pool and more!

As our Group grows, our employees are proud to support charities that are very close to their hearts – this way we know we’re selecting a partner charity that will make a real difference in our community. In order to encourage healthier lifestyles and to help reduce environmental pollution, the UK Government introduced Cycle to Work schemes which allow employers to loan cycles and safety equipment to employees as a tax-free benefit. Here at Solid Solutions this is something we like to offer to our people.
