Sayeed is a credit to your team. He talks clearly, and has a wealth of knowledge of Solidworks that's really helps when asking questions that may deviate the class off track. And he is great and bringing the lesson back into the room once he has finished answering the question.

She was thorough and clear in her explanations of how to use the functions and tools, as well as unfazed by being interrupted to repeating any instruction of the lesson if anyone fell behind. If something didn't work first time, she was quick to analysis the problem and advise the student on how to correct the problem to allow the function to complete. She was easy to approach with questions and was a brilliant teacher.

The course had good content and was well presented, but there was a lot of interruptions, mobile phones etc. (not from the trainer) maybe these should be banned / only used in breaks?

I was very impressed with the knowledge displayed by our course trainer. I have had the opportunity to attend a number of courses run by this particular trainer and every time he engages well with the group, explains the course information well and uses his experience to add value to the training explaining the reasons behind particular processes and what could be done differently to suit your needs.

Solidworks Surfacing Course content was delivered as required, but the trainer lacked enthusiasm throughout the 2 day course. The 5 delegates on the course were all quiet, on my part due to trying to fully understand the sometimes abstract Solidworks Surfacing content. I felt the trainer could have done more to keep the pace of the course high, and engage us more. The room was also painfully hot as the central London office had no air conditioning.

Many thanks for your feedback about the course. I am sorry to hear that you weren’t able to engage with the instructor more over the 2 days. As you mentioned the group were quiet, perhaps the instructor believed that everyone wanted time to work on the exercises themselves but misjudged this.
We do actively try to promote classroom involvement to better understand how you use the software and how we can help you with that and I will follow up with the instructor about different methods to achieving this.
My apologies that you were uncomfortable during the course. We have spoken to the London office about the air-con and while they are repairing the air-con system in that room, we will be switching to a different training room.

I have recently attended the SolidWorks Surfacing Modelling Course which was excellent. I performed different tasks and exercises on this course which I did not previously know, and it is really useful information and skills I have been able to bring back into my company. I appreciate the time taken to show different techniques for performing actions in order to achieve the same result. I believe this has added to my understanding of design intent and also the capabilities of SolidWorks.

As I had been working on 2015 and the course uses 2017 I had trouble going through the menus, the trainer showed patience and paced the training so I could keep up

Tom was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer my questions based on things i was trying to do with Solidworks, so not only answering training course questions. HE also made sure we covered everything and managed the time well.

Time management wasn't great. We had to rush the last few chapters and skip quite a few really good things from the last sections.

Admittedly it is a busy course, full of content, and there is one lesson we tend not to teach as standard because of its duration, also many of the skills in it are Assembly based. Kyle has a good grasp of the course content and his participants skill level and areas of interest helping tailor his presentation to the audience. Kyle is able to handle participant queries quickly and can usually throw a quick worked example together in addition to the course material to help answer the question, he is able to do so without deviating from the course timetable / duration which is testament to his grasp of the software and it's many tools and functions. The new training facility is very conveniently situated for those in West Central Scotland and can be reached extremely easily by train.
